We are still deciding on it, but it should be a small PSU that is located internally. The board only needs 5V DC so the PSU should be roughly same size or slightly bigger than the board itself.
any heat problem that need to be addressed?
Actually we're still testing the board, but i don't think it will generate a lot of heat to require active cooling.
looking at the board again, power looks like an external adapter. and looking at reference application its actually built into a device. this means it doesn't produce too much heat, a heatsink shaped box could be used here.

Budget currently undecided yet, but you can give us a rough estimate and we can see if finance can give us the budget, because we have zero idea how much these things usually cost.
can you PM me personally, got a few more questions in mind. i think it can be done and shud not be complicated. i'm not based in KL anymore so a bit hard to check out possible ready solution. a few more questions that you can PM to me too:
1. how many output connections are you going to use? i foresee video and sound. u have 3 possible connection for that, plus 1 for audio (3.5mm). possibility of USB connection, serial and camera. those connectors that are facing outward are ok, its the one inside that worries me. if its not going to be used, the casing can just be blanked out but we always want it to be accessible so that needs to be addressed too.
2. the tallest part i see is the ethernet + USB port. how tall is that?
3. any spare board that u can pass to me for mock up? i can use cardboard template but i prefer to have it in my hand, u can detect problem quickly and can deal with it straight away.
