Hello guys

I just bought a new PC with Phenom X6.

I installed Core TEmp , Asus PC Probe II, and AMD Overdrive.

Core temp and AMD Overdrive give me the same core temperature reading

but Asus Probe II give me a higher 10 C and give me the CPU temperature.

I would like to know which should i look at ?

yeap.
mostly, amd sensor will report +-10C offset for their processor temperature reading.
if you're going to OC the proc, i'll say asus probe ii is probably the precise one.
it's calculated already to ease ur monitoring progress.

THanks for the info

Oh i was just comparing asus Probe II with others cause this software gave show my proc is running at 50C ++ temp on facebook flash games . while my AMD Overdrive and Core temp just read 39C.

And Max temp for my cpu is just 62C and i am wondering which i should compare.

not sure which is more accurate, but AMD claimed that the max temp should not be over 62C

refer to:
http://products.amd.com/en-gb/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=641

many people also said that it is a bug, not really sure lah.
