My G400 died from usual cable problems. Sigh. Logitech won't replace it since I bought it from the UK. Haih....

Anyone got suggestion for a replacement? Heard the G502 is more claw than palm. I tried to use one at Midvalley but the so hai boxes has the mouse at an angle so it's tough to get a good feel of the mouse.

It was next to a G500. That one worked just fine, got a nice feel of it. Then I open the G502 and everyone stare at me like I'm a sohai for struggling to get a feel of the stupid thing. Feels very claw-y though.

So I guess G502 ain't that great for palm grip eh? Shame. Was half tempted to get it. Hmm... Or maybe I need to hunt for a braided cable for my G400.

Oh, btw, do you know where to find mouse feet for logitech?

Palm is if you rest your palm on the mouse itself, claw is fingers saja. There's also a hybrid which mixes both. Claw grip tend to prefer lighter smaller mice since it's just your fingers doing the moving, I think.

Side note on my G400 adventure. Opened mouse since Logitech doesn't do international warranty. Wires at the joint are blackened and damaged. Attempted repair but unlikely to do it since I don't have a soldering tool and those wires are tiny. Will probably go look for a new one or a G400S as replacement. Sigh. So sad.
