Anybody currently using the Logitech G35?

Was looking around for reviews and saw that the surround sound did not work for some users.

I was wondering if it works for you guys? Was randomly browsing a computer shop and saw that it is currently on a huge discount!

Hi, I bought the g900 yesterday and found out the wheel button is sticky. Anyone facing this problem ? Went to lowyat and checked 3 other units also having such problem. Wish someone can help

The only way is to use alcohol and remove the rubber if you want to continue using. Else just return the product or RMA it. Too bad the rubber cant tolerate with malaysian weather

nope. not if your fingers are dry and cool (unless u have sticky/sweaty palms/fingers) . just wipe the rubber wheel with a damp cloth will do (after a period of usage).

Feel of using is diffeferent, mostly, g910 not recommended by reviewer than g810. U can find any retail to tried them out, the space between caps is wider at g810 than g910. G910 has arm wrist, g810 nop.

Just want to share my experience RMA-ing my Logitech G403 mouse

When i first purchased the mouse, it already had this infamous scroll wheel rattle (not as serious as the ones in youtube videos, but definitely annoying especially for a guy like me who likes to click middle scroll wheel button to open new tab for web page link). didnt bother me much at first, but then i decided to send it for warranty instead almost 6 months after the purchase.

so i PM-ed logitech malaysia facebook, showed to them my proof of purchase and then they emailed me the address to send.

waiting time was around 2 weeks.

then i got a brand new g403 back. no issues with this one.

so yea, overall it was a pleasant and pretty speedy service. kudos to them.

any suggestion for logitech mouse; need smaller size a bit compare to g402?

Hi i have a logitech g900. One of my thumb button caps is missing. I message their facebook to enquire about the replacement parta. To my horror they simply just mention that they dont sell spare parts in malaysia. Its nuts i paid a premium foe the mouse and never in a million years i would thought that they dont have spare parts. What is worse is that when i ask them what is the alternati e they wimply say go buy from internet. I ask where? I checked their uk and us website but they dont ship to malaysia. They best that the customer service can offer ne is a simple sorry. Really devasted..
