Fellas, if you look back at the earlier matches, it was Indonesia themselves who put us through into the semis when they beat Thailand 2-1. Supposedly so they could put out one of the "tougher opponents".

Maybe they though thailand is more thougher than malaysia as they beat us 5-1 in first match . Unfortunately , they make a big mistake there
And no9 very good strength and skill. Midfield very kelam kabut, always clearance... gk n defenders not bad... Indon play very fast but totally no accuracy with the long ball. Malaysia looks more slow but composed.
This game really brings back the memory of watching suspense match of local football in 90s. I havent watch for 10years+...

Aku rasa ni satu fenomena. Masa mula2 Piala AFF start x ramai orang sedar pn, pastu kne ganyang 5-1 ramai dh give up. Aku sndiri x sangka pasukan kebangsaan mampu bangkit lpas tu. Ingatkan kena bantai dgn Thailand, rupanya seri 1-1. Pastu menang dan layak pas lawan Laos 5-1, rse cam cerita dongeng pulak. And then kalahkan JUARA BERTAHAN Vietnam 2-0. Lastly, Indonesia tewas 4-2. Macam fairy tale pulak, hero kalah dulu.
