Should have sent my car to you to install instead. Sent mine to a reputable guy in ZTH to RM430 for the 898g and i can see the technician is not that familiar with this alarm. Some of the features like the starter immobilisation and anti-hijack system isn't working which the starter immobilisation he claim coz he haven't connect a wire which i'll drop by again tomorrow to do while the anti-hijack system requires your car to have a fuel-pump cut-off to work which my car lacks. And also the 2-level alarming system isn't working too. Instead of hit one time, alarm beeps a few times and stops then goes off after a 2nd hit, mine when it detects shock beeps 4 times then straight away go off. no 2-level alarming rclxub.gif that wan pulak he claim he have to check with his supplier and he'll tell me how tomorrow doh.gif

haihz... if only you were located in Subang instead of Bukit Bintang. No need think straight go to you LOL laugh.gif

Thanks howie for your latest PM. Just goes to show u know how to use PM if u wan to. I will consider after I have visited the other sellers.
Wow, he writes your pay cheque?
I read 2x but don't understand what u r trying to say...  rclxub.gif

Anyway speaking generally, for sellers out there (not aiming at anyone), don't treat yr customers like idiots. There are some, like me, who have done their homework. I know how much Dynaudio vs Focal vs Polk Audio etc costs and I know 2-3K is enough to get the job done. In this instance, I just wanna know if the installer have my interest at heart and is willing to help me along on the path to achieving my aim. He shouldn't be looking at my wallet.

I could be walking into your shop today with a small wallet and a BLM. But would u know that I also have an Estima sitting at home that I might bring in based on your 1st service performance? Or that my friend drives a Ferrari?

what he's trying to say is when the seller asks for your budget, he's just trying to think what kind of system will suit your budget and no point he starts introducing you the top-of-the-line products and then slowly going lower and lower through discussion but the thing you actually want is an entry-level setup. The time taken to discuss is much better spent on more important things.
