QUOTE(chester91 @ Mar 17 2011, 02:32 PM)
erm... i m not really satisfied wid the work done by EA... brought my satria neo over last year to fix a set of comps n to buy an amp n sub from EA. im not happy over a few issues..
Firstly.. my car was not properly tuned... it was only after i went home n remove my seat dat i realised dat the amp was hardly tuned.. after while of tuning myself den only i was satisfied wid my car's audio..

Now the worst and most annoying problem is due to improper cutting/drilling by one of the workers at EA my left door trim now starts to rattle badly when certain frequencies of the midbass play.. i do not know y but now only it starts to rattle after so many months.. i've removed both door trims for comparison n have spotted the reason for the rattling.. one of the workers drilled through the plastic mountings holding my door trim!

maybe i'm the unlucky one out of their vast customers.... but i just have to voice my displeasure...
*
it is good for you to realise that you door panel is rattling after so long time and glad that you found your right tunes. Hope i can solve the problem for you if you wish to come over so we can improve, even though we are improving.

it's not dat i realise it now. it just started to appear like 2 weeks ago... i'm pretty observant wid the sound of my car.. i cant explain y it suddenly started to rattle.

that aside.. could u help me fix dat rattling noise? den atleast i would feel more happy wid my money spent at EA...

i've already tried to fix the rattling by glueing the trim back.. but dat just reduce the rattling... its still when the volume is high..
*
not a prob on that....actually not only you, i had lotsa neo customer who had done ice in various small/famous shop having even worst scenario and settled by us. (water leaking, door panel cant fit, speaker loosed, the worst case, connection short circuit causing other equipments malfunction)

the thing is.. the rattling is cause due to an error of one of ur worker... if i rmb correctly u did my right door where else your colleague did my left door... he drilled the plastic mountings holding the trim... there are 4 mounts.. all 4 got drilled through.... i need to show u for u to understand. u did the right door correctly dats y its working perfectly till today.

i'm quite busy during this period but i will try to visit you on next week monday.

well, the best solution = send to me asap..:> settle

haha how you know?

well, looks/preferences aside, having a non hatchback car is also better for ICE since i definitely prefer a ported 12" sub over sealed ones, much less 10inchers or less.

being a hatchback would mean sacrificing trunk space for a big 12" ported sub and that wouldn't be too ideal either if you need the trunk space. totally experienced it during my singapore trip driving down with 3 passengers. 4 person's luggage and shopping, return trip was quite the nightmare on stuffing the car/trunk LOL

lolz, like the idea of my car? 4 seater van with >700 liters of free space:>
