Does any one know where is the logitech support centre?

I have a z680 speaker bought in UK and brought back here, the speakers are all working fine until this morning, i realised that the front right speaker is silent.

I swtich the front rightspeaker with the back right speaker and its working fine.

My conclusion is that the woofer is not producing sound for the front right speaker. sad.gif

So , i need to send the woofer for repair.

Thanks in advance

thanks everyone for the help, i just woke up and test the speakers again, the fron right speaker came back to life for only 1 song then, the next song it went back to sleep.........

it means that it works sometimes.....btw how do you test the cabling?

i had use other sat speaker for double checking.... nothing wrong with the sat speaker.

g5sim: 1 to 1 exchange? i might give them a call .. thanks

btw, why is there no sound from the central speaker when playing music or watching shows, is it because the media don't support surround sound?
