anyone know how to tweak SB A2ZS Plat. Pro. to sound more better playing MP3?

what happen to Z680? it was playing sound properly then suddenly no power at all..


I check the fuse already and apparently the fuse blew. So i rush down to the electircal shop and get the exact fuse ( he doesnt have slow blow so he gave me the opposite 1 )... i pasang the fuse back and blow again.

What happen?

1. The power outlet is OK because as now i'm using back my old speaker Altec Lansing ACS56.

2. Couldn't be SOUND CARD PROBLEM COZ NOW playing sound no problem at all

3. Check all the connection to the SUBWOOFER and all ok no problem.


Anyone got this problem? My warranty just finish... god damn it!

i dun wish any replacement just wish my Z680 to be allright is enuf.. this baby serve my ears pretty well when watching DVD and booming sound.

is it fast burn fuse cannot use in Z680?

can u believe it? I cant find any slow blow fuse around my area. darn~~~ I bought a larger Ampere fuse and it lasted 3 seconds only. haha..

still cant find it.. no choice have to send back Logitech for warranty claim. Phew.. after checking i bought it end of 2004. What a relieve!

and heard they said might get a new set of Z5500 if i'm lucky enough!

btw, how to check MCL warranty claim status? cant find it on the MCL website

their website never update one.. haha

time to send back to MCL and claim a new one.. i'm still waiting for my set to come back. Already 2 mths and keep chasing them and they told me might get a new model set as replacement Z5500 i think.

BTW, Anyone with Z5500 that faces the less bass subwoofer?

I open full volume on the bass but the bass isn't strong enuf compare to my previous Z680.

Anyone encounter this problem?

yes.. i ran thru all my town electrical shop for the slow blow fuse and to no avail.

i even tried 3A and 4A fuse and all boom.. Now i get back Z5500 after waiting for 4 mths.

Is it need to warm up first then will get more bass from the sub? I cannot remember how my new Z680 SUB bass sound previously when bought.

^^ if u got the space and the wire is long enuf, u can place it anywhere.

I just send back my Z5500 to MCL, reason is i have to open the bass volume to maximum to feel the bass. Damn it sux!
