wow big problem z-5500

i bought shop Gadget Zone so my z-5500 problem allready no more warranty so i did sms him he no reply
i want send z-5500 for logitech i can pay RM80 to get replacement too
so he no help me daam z-5500

Hi there..i am a new owner to Z5500..anyone know how to get surround 5.1 sound from 32 inch LCD tv to this speaker?

Also anyone know the price of both speaker?

(1) Z 5500 - e@curve = RM1399
(2) Z 5450 - Price not sure.

Set control pod to Dolby Pro Logic II

i have a broken set of z5500. anyone know any place to repair this. no more warranty...the control pod screen turn dark when turned on

maybe some electronic store would help.

For those have Z680 and Z5500.. Z680 bass pwned Z5500.

Z5500 replacement launched. Z906 Pretty much looks like a downgrade to me. RM200 cheaper RSP also.

no hd audio codec support. no mention of woofer driver size
has two optical input.

i sent mine to the distributor in Subang Jaya. They replaced the entire woofer because i fried the mobo. Luckily it was still under warranty. It has been working flawlessly ever since. That was 6 or 7 years ago

my z680 subwoofer is giving me "pak pak pak" noise. kinda annoying. may i know where can i fix it? one of my satellite is giving me problem as well. T_T

try PowerDVD or WinDVD, it will be easier..

same here, couldnt get any surround out of the any players I used so far, VLC supposed to work but still couldnt get any surround, any hints would be appreciate!

try ffdshow also. some codec packs include that with media player classic. has the passthrough option in mixer tab:

what files are u guys playing?

i send june my z-5500 subwoofer RMA that guy now already 1month++
today did sms that guy shop is gadgetzone he said logitech will replace z906
i did ask i want z-5500 they no stock so z-5500 end of life

stoped z-5500 i like 10inch subwoofer now Z-906 is 8inch daam

erm, it work! i manage to get DTS decoding and Dolby digital from mkv files but not avi files ==

mostly mkv, pretty sure they are encoded with surround.
