Hi I want to seek for advise on repair of the bathroom. This is an old condo. The bathroom floor isnt build to out-flow the water properly. So for years, there is a spot in the bathroom where the water will remain. Slowly the water seep into the 2nd room floor.

Was wondering, is this consider kind of major leak? And how to repair ?

repair got two options i guess:

1) redo the floor (and add waterproofing underneath too) to properly channel the water

2) add a new layer and level that properly

other options:

make sure no water gets on the floor (i.e. install a shower tray to catch and channel the water or mop the water), pour epoxy on floor to waterproof it.

best options depending on budget would probably to level the floor properly or to install a shower tray (with curtain or glass panel as per $$ allows).
