Played with my friend's D700 + BG + 70200. Awesomely awesome but very heavy IIRC celciuz, you always carry that + SB900 right? Your hand must look like a bodybuilder  

Depends, not usually without flash on the D700 . ISO performance so cun, when shoot stage events can actually use their spot lights and ambient. The flash would just kill the atmosphere.

No la -.- its just a pair of small arms. Once you get used to it, no issues.
