QUOTE(celciuz @ Jan 1 2011, 04:24 PM) Yes, shutter has wear and tear. Don't worry much about it. Most people don't even have the chance to replace the shutter before it damaged Tonight friend's wedding, 6 70200 VRII gathering LOL! My photography gang all to bring camera for the march in LOL. really? I was just called "soha*" for doing 522 in 24 hours LOL... What do you guys do with DSLR normally? Use until spoil or sell? I doubt ill be getting a new one anytime soon... Just a student

QUOTE(gnome @ Jan 1 2011, 04:52 PM) Heh its normal for a new cam owner and overtime you wont use that many shutter clicks a day, unless there's and event or something. So far my record is 2k+ pics a day, whole day do panning spam only on a drift event I start to scared adi leh

QUOTE(adriancs @ Jan 1 2011, 05:32 PM) Its 4 cores, 8 threads. I run Ubuntu and virtualize win7 &winxp on it using vmware. That way I can run my desktop practically anywhere and on any hardware. The drivers aren't difficult. In fact most of it are precompiled into the kernel modules. I just swapped my ssd onto the sandy bridge board and booted it... Worked right out of first boot, unlike windows where you have to install drivers and all... My printers work, my scanner works, everything works. And with virtualization I dont even have to reinstall windows. For LR3, go to the develop module. Scroll down on the right pane, NR is there. You can adjust both luma and chroma noise reduction. Added on January 1, 2011, 5:36 pm544 in 24 hours is a little la. There was once during an event whickh I dont have to do selections, I shot 5k in 4 hours. Too bad for the editors. Hahaha. Added on January 1, 2011, 5:39 pmBak Kwa!!! Haha reminds me of the old movie I Not Stupid. Hehehe!!! o.o 522 in 24 hours and i can do that EVERY DAY in my house without event

QUOTE(weirdo88 @ Jan 1 2011, 09:07 PM) Why you keep worry about your shutter count...The more you worry about it , themore you scared to press it. and the more you scared to press it, the more you cant improve. and since the garden is at your house...after each shot review it..then see any problem with it and see how u can improve it by the composition, exposure and etcetc. btw me also a student yeah you're right.. i scared to press it ok ok thanks... Added on January 1, 2011, 9:16 pm50mm f1.8.. hmmmm This post has been edited by BenSow: Jan 1 2011, 09:16 PM

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jan 2 2011, 01:26 PM) Welcome Nope, it is 1:1 pixel mapping. Means if your LCD resolution is 1000pixels in vertical, it will show 1000 pixels of the photo at a time. dun quite get it but i get the picture thanks
