bro, the lens pen can use for cleaning lens only? cnt clean filter?

It's better to use the dedicated lenspen for lens and filter, e.g. LP-1 for lens and FilterKlear for filter.

The reason is that they have a different shape of the carbon tip to match the lens/filter better. This will prolong the lifespan of the lenspen and reduce the rate of the wear off.
