Tried to register my Malaysian CC as suggested (i.e. Singapore address) but failed...tried a few banks: AmISlamic Bank, Direct Access, Standard Chartered, HSBC Amanah and Maybank. Even tried missus card (Citibank) still could not get through.

i registered a new 'live.com' address. and registered a new singapore xbox live account. when tried to register CC, it said not authorised, plz key-in a new CC.
and you know what..my missus CC have been charged RM4.82 by MS Billing even though I didn't completely register any CC. weird!!! I have no problem in the past when purchasing from amazon, itunes or any other online retailers. I never need to apply first as well. just now received call from std chartered, asking bout my purchase from MS (??). how that can be when i could not even get to register.
