unfortunately i just tried that, using 2 live id account, one US and one SG, and enter my Malaysia CC, it said:
Please enter a valid credit card number. Damn!!! |

thanks for the headsup, i tried ms billing site, did all of step 4 but couldn't find "add your payment method" there... |
