File corrupt, reinstall & try again

bought retail? where'd you bought? the retailer should help you...
 anyway, after install, the setup/game will try to connect to the internet for any updates (which is of course will have), so my guess, the game trying to connect the updater, but gets the corrupt file due to you know modified or whatsoever. my guess, reinstall - clean install, delete all registry and all that. |

you bought original right, so either you got the damaged CD/DVD or reinstall
