Hi, there.

Erm, for your condition, I would suggest applying Bio-oil and pure Vitamin E oil, which are what I am using now. These products can be bought
at local pharmacies (Guardian, Watsons etc...) at affordable prices.

Vitamin E has been proven to be able to reduce scars. Continue taking evening primrose oil as it contains essential
fatty acids that are needed by our body.

For oral supplements, I suggest taking Bragg's apple cider vinegar. This vinegar is an overall health food that has many benefits. Also, you can get this
vinegar from many major pharmacies like Guardian pharmacy.

Also, drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid very oily and overly spicy foods (once in a while is ok)
and have enough sleep.

Hope these help.

It's difficult to combat pimples. Me having pimples since youth till now even though my eldest has turned 15-year old. However, I hv now found that Simengdi Bio Gold Pearl Cream helps to maintain my skin and keep away pimples.
Not sure where else you could get this fab cream in KL or any blogspot except from

research + dermatologists said that what we eat will not affect breakouts. what i mean is, eating certain foods will not cause us to have breakouts. however, if our skin has some kinds of reactions after eating certain foods, then avoid it by all means.

breakouts is due to hormone imbalance, excessive sebum productions + clogged pores + bacteria invasion. evening primrose oil is said to be able to balance out your hormone; hence it's useful for those who suffer from cramps during menstrual. you may take up to 3000mg per day. however, i used to suffer from horrendous acne breakouts especially around my cheek area and i took EPO (primrose oil) for more than 2 years yet it can't minimized my breakouts.

so, even though some research said it works for acne, i personally do not feel any difference. haha! however, my cousin sister used to take EPO ever since her early teens due to her menstrual pain for 20 years and i have never ever seen her having any breakouts on her face. so, you may go figure. hehe!

but oh well, now my breakouts has been controlled. so, i am not taking anything in particular but to have a good yet simple skin care regimen.

good luck to you. eat healthily, exercise (sweat will flush out toxic from your body) and drink more water.

Hey there. Just want to share my experience fighting with acne and pimples.

My Recommendations:
Skin Care: Clinique Anti Blemish Solution
Skin Specialist Clinic: Dr. Ting @ Jalan Imbi KL (cleanser + toner + moisturizer he gave me is SUPER EFFECTIVE)
Food to avoid: Dairy product (especially cheese), oily food and reduce sugar intake

Hope this help. I am now actually free from acne. If you need my further advise, you could PM me smile.gif

Ever heard of Bubzbeauty from youtube? There's a way you can try dealing with your problem naturally. You can find out more from her blog & video. Hope this helps. I suggested it to an acne prone friend, she's done it for a week and it helped reduced the redness she says. I still do it sometimes to keep my skin soft. Good-luck
