I am living in Happy Garden DSL. I am keen to get one unit for investment but I was told this developer did lousy jobs in townhouse project in Bandar Centrepoint area.

Access sharing with Sri Jati 1 and 2 are scary too?

Reading the feedbacks here is even more scary. What will be rental like in 3 years time?

Do you share the same thoughts? many of my frens and relatives said this one will not make it. The project is neither mid or high end. How to compare rental with existing Sri Jati 1 and 2?
