If the effective banker, wont ask u wait for next week, he/she will get back to u immediately.
I submit loan application to Maybank , UOB last time,
I already sign agreement with UOB for more than 1 year lo, Maybank still keep on said will get back to me next week and next week.

Maybank only offer u -2.4% and response to you immediately if you buy 1 million and above house la..

Since OCBC offer -2.3% or - 2.35% then you should just accept it la..

Why u still waiting for Maybank ??

Maybank is the number 1 in malaysia,
they got a lot of big b'ness, for ikan bilis case, they will keep on ask u wait and wait..

share with you one story, my friend buy a house 200k++.
she went to Maybank apply loan, the banker said this small amount of loan, normally Maybank do not process.
ask her go to opposite public bank or rhb bank to apply..

no point waiting for Maybank la, got any good offer just accept it.
dont depand on the rate only, the services of the bank provided also need to consider it.
