OCBC rate is ok but the service...OMG!!!!

they disburse money very fast..1 day..last time took personal loan- disburse on 30th...on da 2nd call me pay back the installment...belum ada chance rolling...hahaha

if let say u pay extra, the system is too stupid too divide the money...very manual job..
let say u want to pay 2 months straight, u have to write letter again-stupid system

once i change my phone number, i call the bank to tell them to change my number, they replied pls come to the branch and sign a form to change phone number...duh...OCBC bank..change number also need to go branch...aduhai...

and ur Jln Tar Manager, Mikel something, come to my office privately and say- forget abt the Offer letter that u signed last week, i give u new offer but only 80%...i said "i already signed the old offer letter"... he say its ok since his head of marketing agreed...went to OCBC waited 3hrs for the Head and she denied everything...

i still have the apology letter from OCBC...and also my letter to OCBC and Bank Negara...

so for me ...OCBC=OMG...
