Interesting to bump into this forum. I purchased an unit few months back, block A13
Bought an extra carpark and got the 5% discount.
Gotto admit, price a lil on the high side, but i kinda like the concept and location.
Just to share about bank loan and all, I approached OCBC and was given BLR-2.3% plus another 0.1% rebate. This means, BLR-2.4% whole tenure (36 years).
Reason i got it is because i am an existing OCBC IQ account holder (call me lucky).
