Hi all,
I received an offer for OCR that Block B units at high 24 floor, 1362sqf, corner unit
at 540K, (after 5% discount) with 3 car parks.
Seems to be expensive for me, but according to the developer, this was the launch price on early this
Each higher floor cost RM3K
Each car park cost RM30K

It's equivalent to RM396 psf (with 3 car parks)
What developer said, it that true?
