Last year Oct' I have started to monitor apartment price in Penang.
One of the apartment price in Bayan Baru : Oct 160k --> Nov 195k --> Dec 200k --> Jan'2011 220k

I wanted to but but some friends advice need to hold it first bcoz the property house price will be drop.

So what is your all opinion?
