I think they still have about 20% yet to sell but mostly higher floors which you need to pay premier since every floor increase by 1k or 1.5k not very sure... EXPENSIVE... hahahaha.... everything is expensive now...
Raw material will be increasing another 25% in the next 3 years especially cement and metal price.. i guess they should have already factor that in the development.. is better to be EXPENSIVE than CHEAP... my reason is simply because when they charge us premier they can use the extra $$$$ they earn to cover for the price hike on the RAW material and if is too cheap or they profit margin is not even enough to cover for RAW material price HIKE... you will face developer BANKCRUPT!! hahaha! |

QUOTE(daryan_x @ Mar 1 2011, 12:03 AM) I agree with Teaumika!! if i dont have kids how to pay with 2 generation?Based on trend price will just go UP UP UP for property -it's a global phenomenon. Example singapore -housing buble burst - but within 2 years after the bubble burst- prices were back to pre bubble burst values. Unless Malaysia got sub-prime issue like USA then different issue. Our good friend MAC housing minister say we can emulate Japan and use 2 generation to pay housing loan in the future - so what is he implying? Govt won't stop land property to go up. |
