Seeing many PSN gamers selling shared PSN accounts with preloaded games typically active this winter holidays make me wonder why XBL dont have it? or is it illegal or its a hole noone discovered?
i do share 1 account with several dudes in the states for several preloaded xbl games. Although its quite hard to find anyone who share accounts.

i tot you can't share in XBL like in PSN?
as all of the games purchased with its DRM are tied to the console ID
if you want to play the game on other console, you'll need to migrate the DRM licenses to the other console, which MS only allows you to do once a year.

i m not really sure. but i manage to share an account with 1 dude in the states. manage to dl the contents. biggrin.gif
after reading up forum. i m in doubt. sweat.gif
ms did not really specify that DRM is attach to the console, it attached to ur gamertag. so in other words u can dl from another console if u recover gamertag. it did not state any migrationg of DRM licenses

Isn't the game attached to both xbox and GT? or is that just DLC

meaning everyone on 1 xbox has it, but if that GT moves to another xbox he has to login to play

u need the gamertag to login and download. after downloading, i can still use other gamertag to play those games. then again what about the DRM licences?
