Nokia Care amat shit untuk menjawab panggilan telefon. WTF?!!!

I just called the main Nokia customer service helpline complaining about the Nokia Care Berjaya doesnt pick up phone calls. That should give them some trouble.

Why the heck do they provide TWO f***ING PHONE NUMBERS IF THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO ACCEPT CALLS? If I dont get satisfactory answer, next step would be their PR department.

Anyone have Radiance contact or not? Let me give her an earful!

So far bad customer service award goes to Samsung. But I personally think Nokia is now pretty close. At least Samsung answer their phone calls.

If you really, really, really like N8's camera, you will be extremely disappointed with SGS's. If you're just like "meh, its alright" with N8's camera, then SGS would be okay.

Just get both, liek me. No money? Break a bone, and use the insurance coverage to get it.

Tak follow okay jugak apa. Tripple pay since have to work on holiday!

Since I work in bank, everything jadi kelam kabut. This Friday supposed to be monthly + yearly account closing, HR system logs etc etc.

Today I call Nokia Care, because they supposed to call me yesterday, but of course, they dint.

So I ask about my N8. They said they identified the problem and its my motherboard. They say it will take around 2/3 weeks for new mobo to arrive.

Then I throw a tantrum, marah-marah sikit.

After that I said I rather have the phone with me for the whole duration then letting it sits there collecting dust while waiting for my new mobo to arrive. So I ask them to prepare my phone, I'll come collect the phone and to call me when the new mobo arrived.

I arrived at Nokia Care, baru je amik nombor, when they call me and said my phone dah siap. WTF?!! Tadi kata kene tunggu mobo baru?

Bila giliran I sampai, I tanya dia. Dia cakap diorang tak perasan new mobo has arrived. . Thats their official excuse anyway. I think the REAL excuse is that the new mobo has arrived, but they want to take their sweet time assembling all the phones rather than doing it instantly. Maybe repair one, then teh tarik, then repair another, then mee goreng etc etc etc.

So in conclusion, I guess my persistence paid off. I got my phone back with new mobo in just 3 working days. 5 if you count sabtu and ahad.

My problem wasnt lag. Its about the damn fm transmitter. I'll test it later. No radio nao.

Haih... Need new cert since new mobo comes with new imei...

My SGS is as a tablet, image & video album & some gaming device with a broadband sim (ipad canggih version).
N8 for music, gps, camera and calls.

I manage my contacts on SGS (Google contacts), and sync them using N8 online sync feature.
