but ytd i went to plaza berjaya. still same customer services but she said change company liao. not Hello Station anymore. but still donno their lame services still lame or not

I just called the main Nokia customer service helpline complaining about the Nokia Care Berjaya doesnt pick up phone calls. That should give them some trouble.

Why the heck do they provide TWO f***ING PHONE NUMBERS IF THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO ACCEPT CALLS? If I dont get satisfactory answer, next step would be their PR department.

Anyone have Radiance contact or not? Let me give her an earful!

I have noticed that since they change company, their service are really getting sucks, bad response and very very late in repair . rectification on the phone that is on warranty. Unlike earlier ones ("Hello station") they are really good in service. Example: Once I sent my N86 regarding on front cover slide getting loosen after two month i brought, they immediately told me they need to change the A Cover and it will take three hours. But same thing happen to my fren which recently brought, he did sent to same place, they said they need to check , it will take about 1 or 2 week to check then only they let him know whether they have stock or not , they will advise him. FYI until now they still have not call him, my fren really upset on them and took the set from them. What kind service they are providing ???

I dont want call them stupid because even stupid person also can tell u immediately what wrong with the phone. !!!!!

i like nokia.. but this is the end. N8 is probably my last nokia. no matter how good the phone is, if their service sucks, it reli pisses me off.. not forgetting to mention that nokia's phones now are not even problem free.

really meh? last time i sent my phone to that ncc. only take 1 day. i think that time still hello station. but ytd i sent again. maybe take longer than before.. fuuuuuuuuuu.. i need my phone before saturday for my friend's wedding

So far bad customer service award goes to Samsung. But I personally think Nokia is now pretty close. At least Samsung answer their phone calls.

Nokia Care Doesn't Care. Previously my N82 required fixing and they kept delaying and delaying.

i remember 2 years ago their service was reli fine. my N73 had problems and they gao dim for me in 2 hours with no questions asked.

As far i know, samsung's now improving little by little compare to last two years, mean while look like Nokia are getting to prepare to take over the slot which soon will be vacated by Samsung... HA HA HA
