but ytd i went to plaza berjaya. still same customer services but she said change company liao. not Hello Station anymore. but still donno their lame services still lame or not

I just called the main Nokia customer service helpline complaining about the Nokia Care Berjaya doesnt pick up phone calls. That should give them some trouble.
Why the heck do they provide TWO f***ING PHONE NUMBERS IF THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO ACCEPT CALLS? If I dont get satisfactory answer, next step would be their PR department. Anyone have Radiance contact or not? Let me give her an earful! |

i like nokia.. but this is the end. N8 is probably my last nokia. no matter how good the phone is, if their service sucks, it reli pisses me off.. not forgetting to mention that nokia's phones now are not even problem free.

So far bad customer service award goes to Samsung. But I personally think Nokia is now pretty close. At least Samsung answer their phone calls.
1. Nokia doesnt give expected date of complete repairs. WTH? 2. Doesnt answer call. Do they expect us to walk to their Nokia Care EVERY f***IN DAY JUST TO GET UPDATES? |

Nokia Care Doesn't Care. Previously my N82 required fixing and they kept delaying and delaying.

i remember 2 years ago their service was reli fine. my N73 had problems and they gao dim for me in 2 hours with no questions asked.

As far i know, samsung's now improving little by little compare to last two years, mean while look like Nokia are getting to prepare to take over the slot which soon will be vacated by Samsung...
