i search from google, quite number of n8 users kena the 'script error in social network
seems there is no way to solve it..
so i just ignore it la  

yes, ovi map is definately connected to satellite

how inaccurate? a lot?

turn on ur agps, then try again outside...

menu --> settings --> application settings --> positioning --> positiong methods --> enable the Assisted GPS and Integrated GPS
integrated GPS is a must to turn on
assisted GPS (AGPS) is up to u...but it will connect to internet for few seconds in helping u to locate n position

maybe u can try, quit ur ovi map, then go somewhere outside n run ur ovi map again, after few seconds, (perhaps 10s or more...) , click on My Position to see whether it shows where u r exactly or not...

now oledi 3.06 version.
just connect ur n8 to pc with ovi suite, then run update, then u should be seeing new ovi maps 3.06 update there...
after updating to newest version, u need to install the map again, as well as voice guidance..

oo...tis is not just about the iphone theme...it should be sth like spb iphone skin oledi..
theirs one r more complicated one... pening...

software update. then look for ovi map 3.06
it will take u a lot of time... perhaps u don hv to update it if ur ovi map 3.04 is running good?
anyhow...up to u  

no need la if u hv the malaysia maps oledi...

if u use ovi suite's software update to update ur ovi maps from 3.04 to 3.06, it will auto delete ur maps & voice, n prompt u for download maps & voice again.
