Thought I'd start a thread specifically to discuss this program.

Discuss alternatives to the expensive Anaconda, talk about recovery issues, suggest alternative lifts to replace some of those in the program, philosophize on the principles underpinning the design of the program, etc.

I find the 5X/week schedule impossible to stick to, so it took me 10 days to complete the first week. At the end of the first week, my shoulders had not recovered enough for the Saturday pullups. Also, on Saturday, you start off the workout with Sumo deadlifts (max rep), which left me quite dead for the rest of the session.

But the program goes easy on the CNS and is generally fun to do. Workouts are more pleasant if you do not go to failure. Also, I like explosive lifts. Tried them for the first time.

I have my own gym at home, so no prob there. Do not, however, have cable machines so I substitute with barbell/dumbell rows and such.
