Do you guys accept mail in for warranty claim?
Bought an Edifier Exclaim from IPMART, the power button and volume controls are faulty. Trying to get them to handle the warranty claim, but I'm quickly losing faith in them. |

Hi, My Edifier S530D Control Panel was broken. No light No function while i press on & off button even remote control also cant turn it on.
