filter is a must in an aquarium.. did i told you FILTER IS HEART OF AQUARIUM???
p/s: if you cant afford this hobby... i would suggest you go for keep fish only...
just a 2 feet tank RM35 + a top filter RM 35...
done... with some money get some fish throw it in.. and wait for it cycle...
cheap and easy... no need light no need co2...

RM65 for a fish tank and fish..

brother... you clean ur aquarium 1 month once? why dont u just get a pond and some fish will do?
dont need get in to this hobby...
if you in to aquascaping..
please prepare rm1000 MINIMUM for a BASIC planted tank...
beach sand and river sand is NOT recommended for a Beginner... except you know well about what you are doing... ( even myself also not dare to use those sand )

guys,
the tips is,

water cold cold , 25-28 degree
light strong strong
co2 level at 30ppm , use drop checker
fertilizer more more , ( use step 2 , brighty k , green gain , eca , python git , full range of ADA fert instead of using all in one fert)

i can sure it will grow fast and fresh !!

lol.... throw away seachem fert... their item non reliable... only EXCEL is good , other than that... they help algae more than plant... ( SERIOUSLY )

Hair ALgae, just put in SAE , drop Phynton Git , 1 drop for every 20liter... black out 3 days... 100% gone

about fins and green closed , i think because of mother's day.. next time go NA easy... nearer to klang... plus the shop have full range of item you need for aquascaping... and their boss is much better IMHO !!

it's RM97 ( LC from ADA malaysia called the Shop sell at this Price )

but some of the shop i know they still selling it at RM88
screw LC from ADA... fark him !!

NPA selling it as promotion for RM80

LFS have stock confirmed is
NA, Damansara Damai (YT place) , SLS , NPA
caused i went there today ( yes , 4 place haha )

source is 100% accurate...

bro, LC is distributor...(the only ADA sole distributor) he did not sell it to consumer... he only sell to LFS around in Malaysia...
simply to say... he is in Sure Win Situation...
except some other soil product is come out have similar result as the competitor for ADA, and cheaper then he will makan tahi...

If you new to this hobby, i would recommended moss..
about the plant mention by Weijie,
normally shop outside sell expensively... eg: US Fissident RM25 for a small patch... die easily on high temperature...
i do not recommended beginner to go for plant that suggest by weijie, except Anubis Nana Petite.

bro, lets make it simple...
the styrofoam is for support you tank put on the top of the rack or table... inorder to not break the tank due to table might have sand or some tiny thing may make the tank break or etc stuff...
ok some guide for you , just get 1 inches of syrofoam put btm of you tank and level it using the level ruler... (those use for construction)
if the tank not level evenly... end of the day dont know which day one side of the tank silicon joint not strong ... your tank will break apart...
so level it evenly... =)
