Hi, I'm new here. any recommendation on how to remove the black/brown algae ? I' have change the water, control the light, but still same result. the algae keep staining the leaves

i'm using disposable co2 can + diffuser and "root monster" fert (buy at east aqua). im sure it is some kind of algae because if i rub the leaves, the brownish thing will tear off. i have 3 ikan bandaran (otto ?) so far they did good job on "cleaning" whatever suspended on the aqua soil

i did a little search at wikipedia and the fish from the photo i posted is green/grey corydoras like Namgor2006 said and it is scavenger-type one.
i put this new guy sekor only (wikipedia image) into the tank and it eat all the algae ! wow.

kinda excited because my leaves very licin no algae now in just 6 hr. Pleco short term for Plecostomus ?
How come it cost for rm 150 for baby pleco while i buy ~2 inch pleco @ rm3.50 only ? diff pleco ?
