Hi Guys... Since i'll be moving to a new house i'm planning to get a moderate/mini?? sized (those about 30cm L x 20cm H whole package with lights) aquarium for my room... gonna start with some shrimps, tetras and of course.. mini water grasses??

Since i'm a total newbie in this aquarium thing, what are the important factors that i should consider? temperature etc etc..

just gone through the whole thing.. the set up shown can it be use on smaller sized aquarium? i mean.. like those CO2 tanks.. it is necessary for small planted aquariums?
