wanna ask about tank:
an LFS quoted me RM65 for a 45cm (1 1/2 footer) ADA-like aquarium tank
it's a sharp-end tank (not curved) and from the side it looks greenish
is that a reasonable price?
anybody can suggest where i can get cheaper?

i mean if u view it from the cut end, it's green (or is it all glasses like that?) some i saw is black..
can tell me where u custom made yours?

if i'm not mistaken that T5 aquazonic got 2 bulbs right?
so 8 x 2 = 16 watt
depending on what plants u have
it's all trial and error actually

guys, which type of tweezer and trimmer are better? the straight one or the curved one?

i heard some of my friends say, if ur water temperature is high (more than 27 degree) glossotigma will grow totally different from what u seen from books or magazine.

i don't monitor water temperature
i think my light is enough for the size of the tank
but i use timer, only turn on 8 hrs per day, not enough is it?
CO2 i think is fine, turn on continuously

i bought 2 yamato shrimps 2 days ago
cost me rm3 each
then yesterday i'm in the middle of dismantling my other aquarium and brought out 3 huge tetras and put it in my new planted tank (the one with the shrimps)
then saw one of the shrimp dead, thought those tetras ambushed him
was so angry, i put back the tetras somewhere else - imprisoned them
today woke up from bed, saw the shrimps together
!!???

actually the shrimp is not dead, it just 'salin kulit'

don't think too much about filter, u will go crazy
if u go to some LFS, peek under the cabinet, most of them use chapalang filter only, still the aquarium look damn nice
filter is important, but don't break your bank buying one
