actually dont have any problem at all.. if u doubt its condition.. you can always bring to gas supplier or fire protection company and ask them to do hydrostatic test..to test the tank durability and any leakage..
the gas content same as use in welding process and also aquascaping...

Guy's just wan to ask those oily thing on top of water surface in my tank are Protein ???  correct me if i am wrong . How you guys remove it??? do you guys got this problem?? do you guys use protein skimmer???
*
couples way to reduce/eliminate the oil film... surface skimmer, use air pump at night (when light off), set the filter outlet above water level to create disturbance on water surface...and some said put molly fish..

The Yamato shrimps are damn aggressive when it comes to feeding...  rclxub.gif

Now I'm afraid my cherries won't have enough to eat and most importantly, the Yamato aren't eating the 30cm long thread algae they were suppose to clean out.  vmad.gif

Any advice??? icon_question.gif
*
30cm thread algae? errrr the yamato was lazy or u're the lazy one? tongue.gif
remove all algae manually using tooth brush..and let the left over to yamato/SAE/flagfish/etc to eat it..

wanna ask about tank:
an LFS quoted me RM65 for a 45cm (1 1/2 footer) ADA-like aquarium tank
it's a sharp-end tank (not curved) and from the side it looks greenish
is that a reasonable price?
anybody can suggest where i can get cheaper?
*
what do u mean by ADA like? clear glass (but u say look greenish).. or minimal silicon? biggrin.gif
my custom made 60x40x40cm.. cost me rm55 biggrin.gif

agree.. coz fan just bring down the temp until around room temp only.. so once u reach the min of room temp (around 27-28), it wont go down anymore even u add more fans, u will just evaporate the water more  biggrin.gif
