QUOTE(StupidGuyPlayComp @ Dec 23 2010, 11:11 PM) brut google maps will enable navigation in all areas.. cause when you try to enter navigation in original google maps it will say "service not available in your country"So just wanted to know if the navigation is actually good or not.. huhu,, This post has been edited by khaez: Dec 23 2010, 11:15 PM |

QUOTE(StupidGuyPlayComp @ Dec 23 2010, 11:18 PM) Added on December 23, 2010, 11:19 pm Turn by turn navigation with voice.. I read about it in other forums. and Brut also has options to enable store map cache in sd card and load map from cache, for offline viewing.. Anyway, i just installed it, will try tomorrow if it works.. This post has been edited by khaez: Dec 23 2010, 11:32 PM |

ok guys.. i just tested brut google maps.. and the turn by turn navigation works (with voice) works..
So for any of you that want an alternative gps navigation software (and ur on data plan) u can give brut google maps and navigation a try.. and for those that want to use offline navigation, you are more than welcome to create your own map tile pack using mobile atlas creator.. refer to this link for details.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=630887 ill upload the .apk file in dropbox..
