Yea, it's a really good budget Android phone. I am also very happy with mine. After you configure your GPS, download GPS Status from the Android Market. It will help you lock on.
But, first thing you will need is Advanced Task Killer. This phone will really drain your battery fast. ATK will help you kill apps that are running in the background. Trust me, there are always apps running in the background that will consume your battery 

Only waiting for the official Froyo release

I use Background App, not sure where I got it from, either AppPlanet or Android Market. Thats a real useful app. Browse tons of very nice wallpapers. I use it often. You can choose to set the pic as background instantly or download the background to your phone and set it later 

huhu... luckily I already copied almost all of the contents. I thought may be the host/moderator are tidying up the folder. xD

I have all all files up to yesterday list and unlink my pc already. So i think i might have everything if the files are deleted recently. I'll try to link them back

*i love imo.im the most because it can support instant voice (beta)! and i'm currently using it like walkie talkie to chat with my friends!

1. calendar: agenda widget - can customise quite a bit
2. game: air control lite
3. music player: andless - can play flac
4. search: google goggles - not perfect but still fun
5. sms: handcent - much better than default
6. gps: papago - routing not as good as garmin but better than nothing
7. gps: my tracks - well integrated with google maps
8. custom launch: smart bar, launcher pro
9. search: voice search - quite good results
