Chinese ID3 Tag Problem  Problem like below  1. Download this PC software and run on PC http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OY3GT26R2. Choose ID3 Tag  3. Find the mp3 song you want at top left corner, Choose "Unicode-LE", others setting remain default  4.Done

I found out how to enter recovery mode. But must reset your phone.
1. Select reset ur phone under setting - privacy - factory reset
2. Phone will restart and wait for the android robot with file icon
3. Immediate press home button when saw the icon.
