It is counter productive if you ask me. Just aim for identical rep between both arm. Perhaps emphasizing on doing it more slowly on the non dominant arm will bring the arm up to the same level as the other arm. The rep count between both arm still need to be the same though... smile.gif

actually, this shouldn't be a problem after a long time of training... is just the matter of time and consistency, i have both equally strong arms and size vary from 0.2 inches only...

Of course, daily we use our dominant hand to brush teeth, chopstick, lift, drive, sports etc. Sure will one side bigger. However my right side of the chest is smaller than my left. Because dominant arm more movement so more fit result is smaller. Left side is more meaty..

Unilateral exercises, do your weaker arm first. Then use the same rep range and weight for your stronger hand. When doing barbells, focus the squeeze and contraction more on the weaker side. Mind muscle connection

I don't have real issues with one arm weaker by a big margin compared to the other. But does anyone encounter what I face? After working out(ex: biceps) I feel like one arm has a good pump and the other... nothing.

When I started bb I experienced this as well. After a long while the weaker arm caught up. It takes time.
