Ordered 2x3TB Nas drive, just as all other buyers it came on next day with very secure packaging, foam and bubble wraps to protect this fragile hard disk, plugged it in and it works just fine.



I do noted that I got 1 fresh new retail HDD and 1 recertified HDD, I have no complain since recertified hdd is basically technically identical with new hdd, only difference is it was meant serve as a hdd that return to owner who sent their hdd for warranty but their old hdd was too disastrous to recover.
