Problem was detected on Jan 13, 2013, Sun.



Informed seller on Jan 14, 2013, Monday.
Self-test HDD until Jan 19, 2013, Sat.
Sent back both HDD on Jan 19, 2013, Sat.
Seller receive on Jan 22, 2013, Tue.
Refund received on Jan 25, 2013, Fri.


Overall experience:
Pleasant

Paid to seller: RM730 (cost of goods + shipping)
RMA shipment cost: RM 12.60 (PosLaju)
Refund received: RM700

already receive from TT..good seervice but bad service POS laju..the only i am not agree with the POS rm20 fix by TT..the cost for average is below rm 15 n on the resit POS laju only rm 8.60 ...hope second deal can get below the price rm20..the box buy at pos laju is cost only rm2..

and i did already stated clearly by post is rm20 with no hidden fees right?
