Do you need Cataclysm expansion to fly in Azeroth?

Do you need the Cataclysm to buy Flight Master's License? Because though i got expert riding for 210 gold i cant see any I]Flight Master's License[/I] available.
The only available is Artisan and Cold Flying Does this mean i need Cataclysm expansion to get Flight Master's License? |

Yea. If that is the case then you definitely need the expansion pack to allow you to fly in Azeroth.

I can't see the license until cataclysm was active either.
 Day one was crazy. Luckily I bought the flight master license at Dalaran before going back to Orgrimmar... |

You need the expansion else you wouldn't be seeing this when you talk with your trainner
