Investor don't like the 1-1 bonus and warrant. Clearly shareholders need more money. Be careful!

bonus issue does not fork out any new money, just merely breaking the share into half to increase liquidity.
why is there shareholders need more money ?
mind to shre your view ?

If the particular shareholder hold 20M shares for example. After the bonuse issue, his share will be 40M. Of course you have to factor in the dillution of the share after the bonus issue.

this still does not explain shareholders need money, just the increase of shares only.

Then what is the purpose of increasing the number of shares?
*
getting themselve to list in main board probably, this is a must exercise to meet the listing requirements in main board.

if they need money they will raise right issue instead of bonus issue.

But they also offer same amount of warrants. So that means they also raising fund at the same time while offering bonus shares as both are at the same ratio of 1 for 1.

the bonus issue come with free warrants right ? then it subject to conversion to mother share by holders by paying a conversion price, provided holders of warrant convert or else they can opt to sell it without need to fork out any money still. all in all, this exercise is to increase the share liquidity to pave the way for main board.

i see it a good move but the price still plunge ?
