only 10%-20% of the applied quantity is alloted....
in term of the distribution, fair enough, those that apply 20,000 & 200,000 only different by 1000 bucks in share allotment. Haha either the price went sky rocket when the retail buyer chase after the account or rock bottom/stagnant when those private placement investor dumb their portion. |
