i doubt he is in Brunei because roaming is expensive in Brunei as i grew up there.
i think most probably he is at Miri or at Limbang.

Limbang is about 1 hour away from Brunei.

I dont think he will still be in Miri because he might be beaten up by now since miri is a small town .
maybe he is some where near brunei like Kota kinabalu? or.... Limbang? or Labuan?

i dont think its that hard to track him down if effort is made by those people who are conned by him.

i think we can easily track him down by his last atm withdrawal or cash withdrawal?

i know its easier said than done.

you should lodge a police report to the brunei force
They will stop him if he was to leave Brunei to Miri at the custom.

Honestly we need to make this stop.
