Wow, reading through from the early pages to here - - incredible. What a conman. Totally fearless. But finally, caught! Fantastic. Someone should show him the infamous message (something about a challenge 'come find me or reveal me etc.') in his face.

Imagine he is only one person, there are plenty more out there. Dozens of cases, but only a few police reports. Anyways, good job guys. Well done.

Nonsense. Police will see only 4 reports because other victims too afraid to make one.

guys, not pouring cold water here, but try not to be so excited yet.

IMO, he still can get free easily without going to jail

since his victims this time are chinese nationals, and all are on visa, they couldn't stay back that long to wait for the court to start, and they are needed as a witness to testify against him

We all know how long it will take for his turn in the court
and most probably he'll be on bail as this aren't a serious crime.
by the time it's his turn to appear in the court after waiting in his own comfortable home, probably after a year or so, those chinese national's visa would have long expired, and most likely will be back in china already. What makes you think they'll buy a return ticket to M'sia just to appear as witness to testify against him? not to mention they'll need translator in the court as well, all these messy stuff will prevent them to drag him into the court
and most likely they just want their money back.
also, there's an easy way out for this conman as well, he can just return the money to them, and settle all of this out of court, if the 2 chinese nationals decided not to prosecute him, he's very likely to go free, again.

unless few of the previous victims come out and remind the police of his previous case, and insist to bring him to court, else he'll go free again

That's why all his victims should make police report. It's a shame that only 4 people brave enough to make the report

Maybe more reports has been made, just that they never let us know. Good progress we have at least.

he might be release again....so,whose already make a police report..better check da status at police station.....then u can bring da paper n said that's person con ur money also....

i think this case look important coz he con RM36900....massive amount....compare to RM200,RM50 etc...

juz my point of view....

It maybe a good idea to let the police know just how much victim there were by attending to police station?

btw good news for the catching but waiting news of conviction.

But sadly this action was only taken after many cases accumulated.

And I doubt the exact amount of money conned as there's some that goes unreported.
