no need, just ask bank to suspend/freeze his account until he settle all of his debt
if he still refuse then ask BNM to blacklist his ic, so he can't register with any bank in Malaysia

Easier said than to get it done. i have heard there is situation when the bank not entertain the victim even he bring the police report and the IO as well. Its not that easy to get their cooperation. Unless, all the victims gather and go to make a police report together (as i said earlier, let say 20-25ppls) and than maybe they will act.

But judging from most of the victims respond here like "ooohh.. luckily i just bank in RM50/RM100", this guy will continue scamming happily. I must say his method of scamming now really works, u took small money of RM100, victim will never bother to report.

This is a message to all the victims. Do u guys really want to see him enjoying your money freely?

Last but not least, to prevent other forumer to be his next victims, plz spread it, put it in your signature. Lets take responsibility for the good of LYN community.

I posted a WTB for lens at [http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/ftz/index.php] this morning, after a while this efficient guy sms me for a quite low offer but his place in 'ipoh' n im in kl, he also mention in the sms reply: I can receive the lens by tmr if he poslaju tday~ thn i ask for pics b4 proceed, then he emailed me a few pics of the 'lens' efficiently~

but when I got his email, the 2nd thing I do after I looked at those pics is [STALK THIS GUY]~~
So I google his email [auspicious8818@gmail.com](name is "firstlove first" )~
then I found this lyn post~~

after knowing the truth, I send my last sms to him saying tht I straight go ipoh cod wiv him~
then he reply: "come to kampar tesco here if you free now, Am negotiate with 2 interested buyers. First come first serve. Tq"
lol~

U can see his intention.. if u agree to come all the way to tesco kampar, he will then ask u some deposit 1st.. and u (already come far enuf) will have no choice other than bank in the money. in the end, u will lose ur money, petrol, time, etc. what a scary conman.

More like when you reach Tesco Kampar, he'll suddenly say item is sold to another imaginary buyer.
