err, still nobody answer this

It also depends on which rom u r on. I m on darky v6. If surf wth my wifi on, it wont last me more 4 hrs. Battery drops 30% per hour. Lol.

No fix for now. Anyway, i realize it drops from 100 to 90 quite fast, after that back to normal.

Guess that the scale for battery display is short from 90 to 100
*
It still drops very fast for me below 90%, so long as my wifi is on. Now i down to 6%. Want to drain it totally. Charge it up to full n do a battery wipe while connected to power. See if it helps.

Narako:

So ur experience on 100% for 5 mins is with the cable remain plugged or unplugged, as most of us here with JPX, the battery bug is there, ie once fully charge to 100% and unplugged, it will drop to 98% or 99%. This also happen in stock JPX
*
Unless u can maintain for a longer time, i dont consider it solved. I can maintain 100% for abt 5 mins too by doing a recal of the battery n, wipe battery stats n leaving the charger on for sometime after its fully charged. Previously b4 doing a recal, the level drops immediately if i pull out the charger. But i dont consider the prob resolved.

In my office.

IP4 = 0

SGS = 3  (+1 more home office guy)

But only I have got the guts to try flashing here and there.

Battery report.

Darky 7.0
Last unplug 15 hours ago (10 hours idle). Moderately used for splinter cell HD (20 mins), talking tom (10 mins), facebook and twitter (30mins), phone calls (20mins) and updating apps in market.

When it was on idle. it barely drop juice (1%).

Not bad, but it has got the battery bug (unplug immediately drop to 98%).
*
it has battery bug n wifi bug problem. Try using wifi for 30 mins n see how your battery level drops

Hi, am new android user here with Galaxy s..
Planning to flash it with Darky's 7.0..
Wish to know about:
- How to flash back the original? (in case wanna claim warranty)
- How was the battery consumption compare with ta stock?
*
Darky 6 and 7 have wifi battery drain bug. They have not been resolved. If you
re not using wifi, I guess, it's ok. Hardcore has come up with some solution but not sure it will eliminate the wifi bug problem. Will test it later when I have time.

Hardcore has made a program to downgrade the modem from xxjpy to dxjpa to check whether this can solve the wifi battery drain problem.
I have downloaded the program.
It is an update-wifi-dxjpa file.
Can some kind soul please tell me how to install this? Where to put this and how to install?
I'm now on darky's v7.

The gps is useable. Just tht it is not tht powerful compared to others n it may take longer time to lock in: 1-3 mins for me.
