after tweaking and enable lagfix in speedmod the scrolling in menu of touchwiz is still lag >.< however speed improve in opening apps and others

Switch to touchwizgtg. Don't use live wallpaper. Then you will have good phone again

Did you try turning on your wifi? Try going through menu button > settings > wireless and network > wifi settings...is wifi 'ticked' or turned on?

Anyone tolong me? Could not use Mobile AP on Doc xxjpy v6.2.... Either could not collect to AP or connected without internet access....
